Sellty turns a photo of an item into a draft marketplace listing. It suggests a title, description, category and price using AI and, once you connect your own marketplace account, can publish the listing on your behalf.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of everything you list: titles, descriptions, prices, photos, condition and category. AI-generated suggestions are a starting point. Always review them before posting. You must comply with the rules, policies and fees of any marketplace you post to.
Your listings post to the marketplaces you connect yourself (eBay, Facebook, and other channels such as Poshmark and Depop), each on your own account. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. Sellty is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any of them.
For a marketplace without a public listing API, Sellty posts on your behalf using your own signed-in session on this device. Some marketplaces restrict automated or third-party posting tools, so review a marketplace's rules before you connect it. You are responsible for your account and its standing. Your login for these marketplaces stays encrypted on your device and is never uploaded to our servers; eBay connects instead through eBay's own official, secure sign-in.
Sellty is free to use within the free plan's limits. Sellty More and Sellty Pro are paid subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly through Google Play on Android or the App Store on iPhone, whichever you subscribe with. The price is shown before you confirm.
A subscription renews automatically at the same price and length unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and your Google Play or App Store account is charged within the 24 hours before each renewal. If a plan comes with a free trial, it becomes a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before then.
Manage or cancel a subscription in Google Play or in your Apple Account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep the paid plan until the current period ends. Deleting your Sellty account or the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their own policies.
Don't use Sellty to list prohibited, counterfeit, unsafe or illegal items, to infringe others' rights, or to abuse the connected marketplaces' systems.
Sellty is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Price estimates and comparables are informational and not a guarantee of sale value. We don't guarantee that a post will succeed or remain live on any marketplace.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sellty and its authors are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost sales, or account actions taken by a marketplace against you.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
