Delete your Sellty account

Sellty turns a photo of an item into a draft listing and, once you connect your own eBay or Facebook account, can post it for you. This page explains how to delete your account and data.

Delete in the app (fastest)

If you are signed in, you can permanently delete your account and all associated data yourself:

• Open Sellty and go to Account.
• Tap Delete account and confirm.

The deletion runs immediately and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes, from our servers:

• Your account and sign-in email.
• Your drafts, photos and listings.
• Your connected eBay, Facebook, Poshmark, Depop and other marketplace credentials stored for posting.

What stays

If you have a paid Sellty subscription, deleting your account does not cancel it — Google Play will keep charging you until you cancel it there yourself, at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Cancel it in Play first, or you'll go on paying for an account that no longer exists.

Listings that were already published to a connected marketplace (eBay, Facebook, Poshmark, Depop and others) live on your own marketplace accounts. Deleting your Sellty account does not remove them — please end those listings directly on the marketplace.
